As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we are taking steps out of an abundance of caution to safeguard the well-being of our Employees and Customers. We wanted to share some of the changes we’re making to mitigate risks while continuing to ensure we provide the service that you expect from us.
Our commitment to our staff and to our Customers is always top of mind. The most effective action we can take is to reduce the number of people at our offices and thereby lessen the risk to our on-site Employees. Per Governor Wolf’s recommendation, we will be closing our offices for in-person business for the time being. We are allowing Employees with the capability to work remotely to do so. Due to the nature of certain roles, not all work can be done remotely. Most importantly, we want to remain vigilant that we continue to deliver our high level of service and productivity.
We will continue regular interaction with you online, by phone and email, during regular business hours. Payments may be dropped off at our office mailboxes and will be processed the next business day.
Please reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.
June 23rd Update:
Our offices are now open from 9:00am-4:00pm by appointment only. We will continue to provide service remotely during our regular business hours.
